Our Activities Committee is dedicated to nurturing a vibrant and engaged community. By organizing events and initiatives that bring neighbors together, we aim to foster connection, celebrate togetherness, and create memorable experiences that go beyond the traditional HOA expectations.​
2026 Outdoor Movie Night
Building on our other successful activities, we’re bringing the magic of the movies to our own backyards. Join us for a movie under the stars on our giant 20 foot screen as we keep our neighborhood momentum and community vibes rolling.

​What to Expect

Movie: Family-friendly (G/PG). Hoping new releases are available like Pixar’s Hoppers or the new Super Mario Bros Galaxy movie, but will have a classic ready as backup.

Provided: We’ll have the street blocked off, movie setup and popcorn to share.

BYO: chairs, drinks, blankets, etc.

Bathrooms: Not available; plan to pop back to your own house if nature calls

Pets: Friendly, leashed pets are welcome. Owners are fully responsible for controlling them and respective neighbor’s space

Community Garage Sale
June 12-14 **OR** 26-28

Over 20 homes participated last year and we had a ton of shoppers come through. We're excited to do it again!
Like last year, we'll provide broad advertising, help with permits, sale maps, and more!

Block Party
Sat August 1 **OR** 8
​
Over 125 people joined last year and it was a blast! We'll definitely be doing it again - bigger and better!
Like last year, we'll lean on homeowner contributions for food, drink, activities, etc.

Donations & Contributions
Great neighborhood gatherings start with big ideas, but making them happen takes a little extra. If you’re able, contributing—whether financially, with needed supplies, or with a business sponsorship—will turn plans into reality and help us create even more memorable experiences for everyone.

Activities Committee
The newly-created Activities Committee is a group of volunteers in our community that are a part of, contribute to, and influence the HOA activities.
While we hope for as much engagement and collaboration as possible, being on the committee carries no commitment or direct responsibility. You can join and be selective about when, and how deeply, you engage or help.
