Foster Premier Portal

​​The ​​Foster Premier Portal serves 2 functions:​

​

1)  Homeowner Assessments Management

You can see the status of your annual HOA assessment dues and make payments.​

​

2)  Secure Document Repository

We use the Documents section of the portal to house or budget and meeting minutes.

​

To Setup Access:

1. Go to foster.cincwebaxis.com, choose 'Register'

2. Complete the registration form.  Note 'Account Number' is required and can be found on your Assessment invoice.

3. Within ~24 hours, you'll receive an email from @cincsystems.net confirming your registration.  Within will be a link for you to create a password and finalize setup.

I have 27 years of experience in the real estate industry, with expertise in residential sales, commercial sales, mortgages, building and development, and property management.

My real estate journey in 1997 as an agent and transitioned in 2003 to become the broker/owner of an independent real estate brokerage. I oversee every aspect of custom single-family home construction across the suburbs of Illinois, as well as numerous renovations of single and multi-family properties in Chicago.

During this period, I also work as a property manager for investors. My passion for real estate commitment to meeting Homeowners needs drive my success.

I Have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University in 2000. I’m a licensed real estate managing broker in Illinois and is affiliated with the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors (MORE), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the Illinois Association of Realtors (IAR).
