Foster Premier Portal

The Foster Premier Portal serves 2 functions:

1) Homeowner Assessments Management

You can see the status of your annual HOA assessment dues and make payments.

2) Secure Document Repository

We use the Documents section of the portal to house or budget and meeting minutes.

To Setup Access:

Go to foster.cincwebaxis.com, choose 'Register'
Complete the registration form. Note 'Account Number' is required and can be found on your Assessment invoice.
Within ~24 hours, you'll receive an email from @cincsystems.net confirming your registration. Within will be a link for you to create a password and finalize setup.
