Our Pumpkin Contest invites neighbors of all ages to join in the fall fun.

​

How it Works:

 

• Display: Create your pumpkin and display somewhere visible in the front yard

• Categories: Funniest, Spookiest, Most Creative

• Voting: Board Member will select the winning pumpkins. Winners will have a prize delivered right to their doorstep on Halloween night!

• Bonus: Winners will be featured in our community website and newsletter

• A home may enter as many pumpkins as it wishes - no maximum.

We have an open seat on the HOA Board for Treasurer.

​

The HOA Treasurer oversees the association’s finances—tracking income and expenses, managing the budget, and ensuring investments and reserves are handled responsibly. This role requires comfort with numbers, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of how financial decisions impact the community.
