Thank you to everyone who joined us for this year's Easter Egg Hunt! The turnout was incredible, and it was wonderful to see the neighborhood buzzing with so much energy and excitement.

A special shoutout to our eagle-eyed hunters who tracked down the 20 Golden Tickets hidden throughout the community! The lucky winners were absolutely overjoyed to claim their special prizes, which made the morning even more memorable.

​

We saw a tremendous amount of enthusiasm this year— the eggs were scooped up faster than ever!  We may tweak a few of the guidelines and processes for next year's hunt. Our goal is to ensure the event remains fair, inclusive, and well-stocked so that everyone—especially our youngest residents—has plenty of time to share in the magic and fill their baskets.

 

Thank you all for helping us build such a fun and vibrant community.

Our first-ever HOA block party was a huge success, with over 125 neighbors joining in for an afternoon of fun, connection, and community spirit. From fire truck tours to potluck treats, games, and creative activity stations, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

Even a surprise summer storm couldn’t slow us down—everyone pitched in to shelter quickly, then picked up right where we left off. The shade, music, and friendly vibes kept things cool despite the heat, and we loved seeing neighbors meet, mingle, and make memories.

​

Thanks to all who volunteered, contributed, and came out. With such a great turnout and so many smiles, we’re already excited for next summer’s party—bigger and better!

What a day! Our community garage sale was a huge success, with 20 homes participating and a steady stream of enthusiastic bargain hunters throughout the day. The neighborhood was buzzing with energy, friendliness, and great finds around every corner.

We especially loved seeing the younger entrepreneurs in action—lemonade stands, snack tables, and homemade goodies added so much charm to the event. Even with the blazing 100-degree heat, everyone came together, stayed cool, and made it a day to remember.

 

We’re already looking ahead to next summer’s sale—bigger, better, and just as full of community spirit!​  We'll likely do it again in mid-June, so mark your calendars!
